The Litigation team is committed to finding the best solution to fit our clients’ needs whether this is litigation through the Courts, or an alternative form of dispute resolution such as arbitration or mediation. The department has a strong team and is represented in both offices.
As well as general commercial litigation the team also has wide expertise in specialist areas such as media, commercial property, and environmental litigation, plus services for private clients such as family law advice, personal injury and medical negligence claims. Whatever the type of dispute our aim is to strike the right balance between an early resolution and recourse to the courts.
